Charles is the CEO and Founder of the Cooperative Leadership Institute (CLI), a private leadership development company that was founded at Virginia Tech. As a keynote speaker (watch video below), executive coach, leadership guide, and technology entrepreneur, Charles has directed and designed international and enterprise-level organizational development and training programs for almost 15 years.

He has over a decade of experience in designing, developing, and coordinating scalable, computer and web-based management and leadership development programs that have been successfully launched to thousands of managers and executives. As a former professional theatre actor, Charles regularly speaks in all areas of leadership capacity development, entrepreneurship, courage in business, Web 2.0 business models, innovation, and creativity.

Development programs that Charles designed have included managers and executives from Akridge, Alpha Pharmaceuticals, B. F. Saul Company, Club Corporation of America (ClubCorp), e5 Systems, General Electric, LPGA’s Duramed Tour, LTD Management, Marriott International, U. S.
