Roundtable / Kickoff Meeting: Host executive roundtable discussion with internal stakeholders necessary for success.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT (Two Months):
Work with human resource executives and other internal stakeholders to develop custom performance management paper-based tools that meet the diverse demands of specific business strategy and goals, including appraisals, goal planning worksheets, and procedure documentation.
SEMINAR SERIES (One to Three Months):
Performance Appraisals: Facilitate seminar on effective performance appraisals and reviews, including writing tips, discussion models, and dynamics of re-railing underperforming employees (Half-day Seminar)
Goal Planning, Alignment, and Execution: Facilitate seminar on goal planning and execution, including SMART goals, Action Steps, organizational goal cascading, and strategic alignment (Half-day Seminar)
Mentoring / Coaching: Talent management, strengths-based development, and peer mentoring (Half-day Seminar)
ONLINE COURSE DEVELOPMENT (Roll out with Seminar Series):
Performance Development, Goal Planning and Execution, and Mentoring / Coaching online courses are developed and act as companions to the Seminar Series. Each online course are targeted to Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors with resources for all employees.
Our First Steps
The Cooperative Leadership Institute was founded at Virginia Tech in 2003. It was founded to broaden access to leadership development through learning technology and web-enabled curriculum and systems.
