Leadership Development
Chess Piece

How do top-performing companies

achieve competitive advantage in the Knowledge Economy, in the face of fierce external competition and rapidly changing conditions?

These companies must leverage the organization’s capacity to seamlessly align leadership, learning and knowing, and performance with one another in the context of achieving enterprise mission. These four elements are fully interdependent. Successful leadership development initiatives must understand and nurture all these elements in the distinctive environment of each organization.

Leadership for change and operational excellence is a primary challenge for today’s enterprises in every industry, especially in the service industry where guest and client satisfaction is a major differentiator. But leadership training is not simply an independent act of competency development. It must be embedded in the values, culture, and context of the organization, integrally linked with the continuous processes of decision-making, problem-solving, learning, knowing, and performance.
